Kedysi bežná spoločná výchova detí v širokej komunite rodiny a známych, ktorá žila pokope sa dnes absolútne vytratila. Zostáva len základná nukleárna rodina žijúca na jednom mieste, za jedným plotom, v jednom dome. Babysitting, jasle, škôlka, neustále pohadzovanie si detí nevytvára bezpečné a komfortné prostredie pre zdravý vývoj. Ľudia žijú sami, pokope. Prichádzajú a odchádzajú autom, nepoznajú susedov. Hlavnou pobytovou plochou územia sa stáva svahovitý ,,vinohradnícky chodník,, prepájajúci juhovýchodnú a severozápadnú hranicu, tvoriaci pešiu os územia. Jeho rozšírením získavame námestie, ihrisko a verejný priestor v kombinácii s výhľadmi na mesto. Poskytuje pridanú hodnotu a zdieľaný priestor pre komunitný život za hranicami plotov vlastných pozemkov. Ďalšou pobytovou plochou územia sa stáva zelený filter oddeľujúci zástavbu od príjazdovej cesty (Knižkova dolina), kde uvažujeme s ponechaním čo najväčšej časti existujúcej vzrastlej zelene a doplnenou infraštruktúrou ako je výbeh pre psy, ohnisko či altánok, najmä na južnej rovinatej časti ... Samotná parcelácia reaguje na krivky vrstevníc, pričom vzájomná poloha a natočenie jednotlivých domov umožňuje priehľady územím. Minimalizujeme terénne úpravy a maximálne sa prispôsobujeme danej topografii krajiny.

All that remains is the basic nuclear family living in one place, behind one fence, in one house. We create a good neighborhood benefiting from a possible community way of life - babysitting, friends, garden parties... The locality located in the territory of Rača offers excellent surrounding infrastructure with the preservation of the natural character of the environment and great views of the city. We start from the proposed concept of urbanism, which we modify, however. We propose to eliminate the traffic transit load in the territory. We connect to Knižkova dolina street from the southwest side of the property. We connect two cul-de-sacs copying the contours through the gentlest slope on the eastern part of the property, thereby creating slow-moving traffic prioritized for pedestrians. The main residential area of the territory is the sloping "vineyard path", connecting the southeastern and northwestern borders, forming the pedestrian axis of the territory. By expanding it, we get a square, a playground and a public space combined with views of the city. It provides added value and shared space for community life beyond the fences of one's own land. The green filter separating the building from the access road (Knižkova dolina) becomes the next residential area of the territory, where we are thinking of leaving as much of the existing overgrown greenery as possible and adding infrastructure such as a dog run, fireplace or gazebo, especially on the southern flat part... The parceling itself responds to the curves of the contours, while the relative position and rotation of the individual houses allows views of the territory. We minimize field modifications and adapt to the topography of the country as much as possible.
